JAMB introduces fourth choice of school new policies The Joint Admission Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced that cidates who have not received their O’level results will not be able to apply or secure admission in higher institutions. In a statement released on Tuesday February 28 the examination body said it was part of its restructuring plan for 2017. JAMB said this will prevent these people from securing spots they are not qualified for. Amnesty’s reports are unhelpful Amnesty International’s 2016/2017 report accused Nigerian military authorities of being responsible for the death of many Boko Haram victims in North-Eastern Nigeria of pro-Biafran agitators in the country’s South-East.
